Zebra, the animal that immediately comes to my mind when I think of the wide, vast African grasslands. I've seen these peculiarly lined creatures so many times on different scientific animal shows, always roaming around in massive groups. These striped beauties are quite unique and enchanting indeed, and spotting them is always fun.
The stark contrasting paint of black and white covering their equine bodies is the defining and appealing feature of Zebras.
I wonder if anyone has pet Zebras!

This post reminds me of a recent news about a zoo that painted donkeys white and black to pass as zebras but did a sloppy job. I can't imagine why anyone would want to defy the beauty of the zebras. They are not very common in my country Nigeria, but we get to see them in the zoos. Trust me, the pictures don't do justice!

I really like to see the color of this animal. If you don't believe it, just look at my profile picture that uses a jacket with black and white stripes like zebra. ;-)
