Usually we have snow instead of sand and -20°C instead of +20°C.
We actually spoke with a local and she was shocked of us wearing just shorts and t-shirts while all locals are cozing in their winter jackets. The same winter jackets we wear in winter! For them this is winter and it's cold. Sure the nights are not this warm and you can tell it's their winter season, but for us this is still endless summer.
+20°C is Finnish summer. Perhaps occasional snow too. Especially if it's Midsummer. :D
