Me ek body builder hon pichle 3 saal se bodybuilding kr rha hon. or online training deta hon bodybuilders ko. to mene socha hai k me ab online training steemit pr b start kron. or steeemit pr online training bilkul free hai becoz abi start hai is lye wese b fee charge krta hon per month ki agr apne online trainign leni hai to ap comments kr skte hain. Or agr kisi ne diet ka pohna hai to wo b poch skte hain.
