Everyone feels sad at times. Sad feelings can be mild or strong or in between. How sad you feel can depend on the situation that's causing the sadness and how you're coping with it.
Dealing with unhappiness/depression isn’t easy, and it’s an ongoing process. But hopefully, with the right tools and the right attitude both you and your child can find your way to joy again.
