It is easy to forget about our past because we keep encountering many different , exciting and at time daunting adventures. The most important thing to take out of all these is to make sure you do not forget those times that made you glad you are who you are because those moments usually don't last forever. If you had the chance to capture such moments, do that and the best way I would suggest you take is by taking a picture. They say smiles speak more than words but pictures speak the most.
