Hello dear Steemit Community,
Today I want to share with you some pictures I have taken along the years. This time I have curated pictures taken from the sky or almost! When I travel I love to choose the window seat of the plane, I enjoy to see everything before and after we take off. I just find so fascinating to see how the city becomes smaller and smaller and suddenly everything looks like a map. Then beautiful cotton clouds appear and it feels so relaxing...... Sometimes I've also had the opportunity to see the ocean, the sunset and the mountain ranges. Other times I have been able to take pictures from the top of a hill or from the top of a building. I know many of you can relate to these experiences and I hope you will enjoy it!
Travelling to Zacatecas, a beautiful dawn very early in the morning. This was my first time travelling to this beautiful City. It was a lovely short flight.
This is in Zacatecas, taking from the top of "El Cerro de la Bufa'', a hill where you can take a seven minute trip in a cable railway with a 85 meter height to another smaller hill and arrive to a mine "La Mina del Edén''
I took this picture flying from Sweden to Mexico, the sky was amazingly beautiful and as simple as this picture can be I keep remembering this very often.
The following three pictures doesn't have the best quality I would like TO, but unfortunately some years ago I lost lot of pictures because I didn't backup up my files and my computer crashed. Yes, this is an advice for you, please backup everything!!! So I've learnt from my mistakes but still regret I didn't before because these pictures were worth it! Anyway here they are... :D
I took this picture from one of the most iconic buildings in New York, the Rockefeller center built in 1933. It has such a beautiful view and it was really nice to see Manhattan and all its splendour! This picture shows among others, the powerful Empire State buidling!
I love this picture, I took it from the 13th floor in a building very close to Av. Juarez at the historical center of Mexico City. This is Av. Reforma one of the longest avenues in Mexico City (The first one is Av. Insurgentes). I recommend to walk all along to see the sculptures in its roundabouts, modern buildings, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and museums, also you will always find one or more art exhibitions in the streets.
Finally, here is Bhopal Mosque Taj-UI-Masjid located in the state of Madhya Pradesh in the center of India. I will talk about this trip in the future but in the meantime I have to say this mosque has such a beautiful architecture that I need to go back and take well deserve pictures for it! Bhopal is very special to me.
