As Nikita Gill puts it, If all girls were taught how to love each other fiercely instead of how to compete with each other and hate their own bodies, what a different and beautiful world we would live in. We live in a world where so much expectations are put on women and we still constantly tear each other down instead of uplifting one another. Real queens fix each other's crowns. 
You can always tell who the strong woman is. She is confident in her own skin, she never do the envy jealousy and insecure stuff. She is the hustler, the well-wisher and the go-getter.
Incredible things happen when women support each other. So my dear girls,learn to support each other, don't let society rush you. Don't feel guilty if your life isn't going as you expected. Don't compare yourself with someone else. Enjoy your life as it is as you work on improving what you can.
Whatever you do, don't rejoice too much on your success or waste time regretting on failures. Your choices are half chances as everybody else. Love your body. There is no question about that. I repeat, LOVE YOUR BODY! ENJOY HER! Use her in every way you can. Exercise and feed her well with balanced diet. don't be afraid of her or what other people think of your body. She is the greatest instrument you'll ever own. Treat her with lots of love, respect and dignity and in years to come you will not regret taking great care of her.
And ohh my darling girl, you've got to learn to appreciate and rejoice on your fellow girls success. You've got to compliment her looks and pat her back when she achieves those small goals in life. Know that life is an echo. What you send, will come back. What you sow, you will reap. What you give, you will get. What you see in others, exists in you. So try not to judge, even those who judge you. Give out all the love you can and let your love shine through. You've also got to stop getting upset about the things that wouldn't matter in years to come. Learn to always say the truth you are carrying in your heart. Be silly, be kind, be humble and weird cause there is no time for anything else.
