🌟20 x Power Crunches
🌟10 x Pretzel Crunch (L+R)
🌟10 second Hollow Hold
My workout also consisted of:
🌟DB Hammer Press
🌟DB Lateral Raise
🌟DB Chest Press
🌟DB Fly
🌟Deadlifts
🌟Bent Over Row
In supersets with cardio sprints in between.
