We viewed 2 different two bedroom apartments in the Coastal 2000 both of them overpriced. They offered to show us studio apartments too and at last second said they had no time to do so.

Yeah, it's not as cut and dry as one real estate firm. Most of them are out to get as much as they can so they're not necessarily concerned with you getting a good deal on it. It honestly involves a lot of legwork on ground with good people to trust
