Hello my steemit friends,i have been out today with my DJI Mavic drone for you, as i want to be a big part of the community so i have started be dedicating my day and done a fly over of one of Europe's largest disuses underground EX military base for you all.Its hidden away in a forest in the UK,i found this place while out walking the dogs a few months back , and then i realized what it was after a little research, even tho it has been disused for many years it still has 24 hour security and many high security fences and cameras.

Once over the back part of the complex you can see a vast maze of tunnel entrances that go deep into the countryside.I only did a brief flight as i didn't want to be spotted,I am sure it wouldn't be an issue but rather not be spotted ,so just a quick flight. The photos are of the first part of the complex and i will go back in the next few days if my steemit friends want me to? i could try and get the other side of the complex,do a video and a steemit sign :) let me know in the way of followers more up votes and friends i get the more each day i will do for the community thank you for looking and i look forward to knowing what you think of my photos and info.

First photo is of the road that leads deep into the forest, you can see the high security fence on the left and right of the photo

This next photo is of the next level of security ,you can see a fence and disused security building before entering the rear part of main complex.

I think this is the best photo of the flight, let me know what you think :) you can see the way it has been built though the middle of the forest to make sure it stays will hidden .

Here you can see 2 of the bricked up entrance, what i did think was interesting is you can see the railway lines that run direct into the tunnels,so my question is how deep do they go?,looks like a massive network as i only flew over a part of it.

Close up of one of the entrances with a rail track going into.

This is really cool. I know some of the active bases in the US are posted with signs that explicitly ban drone use lol.

Ha ha yeah no signs here yet, and i think i am the first to do a fly over, thanks for the comment.i may try toget out again soon.

You can do some amazing things with drones, I need to get one eventually.

Thank you for your comment, yes places you cant normally get with your camera :),drone photography has taken off so much over the past 12 months, the cameras and flight time has improved so much now. fantastic bit of kit and its been a great little investment.

The UK is not a part of europe :@

Thank you for your lovely comment ,I didn't think Uk had left European union yet?

Well, it will always be a part of Europe, they are just leaving the European Union, right. I live in Norway, and even though i was one of the guys that voted YES some twenty or so years ago, we are not a part of the EU either, but nevertheless geographically a part of Europe.

Let's just all be friends, that's all i'm saying :-)

I know,i think he is a little upset, not really interested, just wanted to know if people liked my photos and post.

we never have been and never will be a part of the cesspit known as the EU or even europe for that matter, i belong to the British empire, funny i never heard of a european empire, because they never had 1... WW3 is coming if morons dont accept britain is britain and not a part of the cesspit neighbouring continent... i guess im a nationalist but i dont mean to antagonise, only educate those who are devaluing the brexit vote by attempting to gain tacit acceptance that will never happen.... Happy independence day to my fellow brexiteers :)

if i wanted to talk politics i would have made a post in the politics section,no need to have bad feelings towards your European friends,go spread your negativity somewhere else please good look :)

why would an emperor of Britain desire to be friends with those his ancestors fought and allegedly won in multiple wars? i have no problem with european people, what i have a problem with is people who wish to subjugate my country into being absorbed by a criminal dictatorship, don't call Britain part of the cesspit that is the EU and we shall get on just fine, Britain is Britain and not a part of the continent, never has been and never will be sorry to disappoint. Once more a very happy independence day to my fellow brexiteers :)

The human race is a herd. Here we are, unique, eternal aspects of consciousness with an infinity of potential, and we have allowed ourselves to become an unthinking, unquestioning blob of conformity and uniformity. A herd. Once we concede to the herd mentality, we can be controlled and directed by a tiny few. And we are.

whilst i agree with the sentiment, i have to say you are speaking for a minority mate, i am not controlled and the terrorists running around masquerading themselves as guberment can jog on, until they prove i must follow their dictates, i will continue to live within the boundaries of the common law of the land :)

Interesting series.

Thank you for your comment, yes a very interesting place,ii may go back and do a few more photos soon.the beauty of drone photography you can get to places you cant with a normal camera.
