Nowhere in our comment we said anything about spam.

You got commented and flagged for photography PLAGIARISM not spam!

You took someone else's photography and posted it as yours (by using photography tag).

You also submitted this plagiarised photography to photo contest by using colorchallenge photo contest tag. The rules of this challenge clearly state that plagiarism is not permitted.
