I gasped for air, as I peeked from the edge of the pool after I emerged from a 30-second underwater football passing practice with my boy. There it was. Joyful shades of bright and dark green dancing and dangling to the late afternoon ray in my backyard.
Afterwards, my boy got what he wanted for (once a week on weekends): My world famous mushroom burger.
