When I was young, my parents would always insist I eat breakfast. They said it was the most important meal of the day. It was the fuel you needed to start the day.
Once I left home, I put that advice aside. The result was an unhealthy body. I would skip breakfast, or worse, sometimes load up on donuts and other pastries.
I have recently made an effort to move back to my roots. I try to have a balanced breakfast, watch my carbs, etc. I find I have more energy and a clear mind for the start of my day.
