I don't know what this berry is. Or is it a fruit? It looks perfectly ripe, whatever it is. It looks like either an olive type of thing, or a plum type of thing. Personally, I'd gobble it up if it is a plum type of thing, because plums are delicious, and olives taste like stale dirt.
