Made some delicious home made chimichuri sauce and drizzled it over sole grilled lamb and chicken, with a little side salad 🥗
Was duper delicious! 😋
The chimichuri was made of:
- Coriander
- parsely
- oregano
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- garlic
- onion
- salt
- chilli

For the chimichuri, you just put all that in a blender, or do you bash the non-liquid ingredients in a mortar & pestle first before adding the liquids and mixing in?
