I met some amazing quality people today. We share love for sports, the world and life ;-) I had to share this with you first today:

Day 21

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” Today´s motto!!!!

This is 6:30 in Playa Las Americas and this is two hours later...

It was amazing to enjoy the waves all in my own today!!!!

DAY 20

I quite don´t know exactly how I feel. Nature has it ways, and here humans lost.

We were seeking perfect waves at different locations. We know the are but it was long ago since we visited. Here what it should an iconic family building looking straight to the sea and the volcanic rock there is only desesperation and poverty. The power of nature took over the human building power, taking the whole swimming pool with it. I can only think the same foundations are in danger, with the building full of people inside, with big mortages to pay... Strange, kids playing with a ball mix with the barriers than read "danger-do not cross", makes your heart shrink...

What a great place to meet with friends!

Perfect sunny day, enough breeze to get the kite surfers out of their caves and five surfboards waiting to be ride.

It was bankholiday here today, don´t ask me why ok?, so we got the families toguether and hit the beach as soon as possible to get a decent spot. It was 9:30 when leaving the house.

Sweet Spot: wave still growing, ready to take the left, quick pop and enjoy...

I had only my phone and my friends did´nt like the idea of being blogged about so I haven´t got a lot of pics for you today, sorry.

It was fun, let me tell you, the kids had their own sand-ball war, the adults were taking turns to go in the water, few beers and lots of talk.

How you take the wave is your thing, this is not (Just) about looking good...;-)

Right now, i feel my sking just a little dry ;-) the cold water and cream doesn´t help any more and I think tomorrow I shouldn´t get out of the house...

Let´s go SURFING!!!

Beach el Porís, a wonderful place... Even though is plagued with plastics...
If you have read some of my blogs you will know already we actually cleaned 100kg of microplastics here; a task so hard that it takes over 200 people working several weekends with a seriouly big heart.

Then Marcos wonders why I complain about his photos!!!!

Agua Café is one of those places that never get out of fashion: with amazing views to the sea, windsurfers getting high in the sky, the beautiful red mountain... And a decent cup of coffee!

Perhaps it was a windy day but, the sun, high in the sky, was heating and burning... A magnificent walk at Medano !!!
