So gorgeous there this time of year!

yes

Was so ready and prepped to do that trail last summer before parent care giving responsibilities required a change of plan. Maybe next summer.

oh dear. surely you must have an hour or so here or there. I realize for us it is closer, but we can bike from Tantallon to Hubely and back in an hour. Park your car at the top of the 333 by the Home Hardware. Lots of parking. You deserve the break. In fact...now it is so beautiful. Trails are in good shape.

From the entrance in Fairview as far as the industrial park was explored last year. Sort of a scouting mission as the plan was/is to continue biking down along the trail to Queensland or perhaps even Chester, with perhaps a detour into your neck of the wood from Tantallon. There is no Internal combustion engine vehicles in our household. We are exploring what is needed for an electric vehicle while pricing gas generators as a backup for the household. Not a big priority yet power outages should be expected to become even more common than they are at present in our area by our way of thinking.

P.S. It got right down to endurance training before the game being called..

OH. I get it. Funny way of talking about a vehicle. Yes indeed. We do however, have a gas generator, and have used if a few times. We are seriously considering upgrading to a larger one, after the effects of Dorian. We also live rural. Even though we have a well. No power no pump. But we always keep a large supply of water on hand. We also have a pellet stove and a wood stove and 3 cords of wood nicely chopped. We also use a propane BBQ for the outage times and then sit back and play Othello in the candlelight. We biked last year from Mahone Bay too Lunenberg. At lunch at the Fish Shack and then biked back home. That was awesome. The only part I do not like about biking here to Seabright is the ride down from Tantallon on the 333 with the crazy drivers on the road. It is however scenic. A nice option is the ride down on the other side of the bay towards Bayswater and Blanchard. Less cars but more twists and turns. So...we are equipped in the event of the outage. We can always feed ya, if they go out on your way up the 333 back to Tantallon. lol
