A collection of long exposure photographs [Original Content]steemCreated with Sketch.

Hi all

Earlier this year I purchased a couple of neutral density filters. For those of you that don't know, adding these to your camera allows you to increase the shutter speed on the camera while keeping the same exposure level. This can create some wonderful effects such as a misty water effect on waterfalls or turning seascapes into mirrors. Here is a collection of my favourite shots from the last 6 months taken with these filters. Most of them are taking in Iceland, but there are some shots that are taken in Yorkshire. You can tell the difference in the waterfalls - Yorkshire water is brown due to all of the peat present in the land.

Hope you enjoy these images.

That amazing magical fairytale effect. Such a good collection of photos.

Thanks

You're welcome :D

Great work!

Oh, these are stunning photos. I like the effect of the filters. I just may have to purchase one of these. It gives a dream like touch to the photos.

I currently have hoya pro but hoping to upgrade to a set of Lee filters this year. Hoya are a good place to start if you are just getting into it.

Thanks for the tip.
