To my surprise, there was a dense fog outside when I looked out the window this morning. I went on a short walk at the abandoned railway depot in Mytäjäinen.
This is Mytäjäinen, a small lake or pond close to the depot. There are no outflows at the surface, which means that the water must seep into the ground, which is mostly sand and gravel and is easily penetrated by water.
This is the old depot. There used to be a turntable in front of it. Now there's just a pit.
This one is not to be confused with Steem-Engine.
The outside of the building seems to be in good condition. I really hope it will never be demolished. It's an important part of local history.

I hope they see what you see in it and keep it. So many buildings just disappear as if no one really cares. Obviously in Africa it is different as buildings literally vanish overnight to the scrap merchants and nothing is spared.
