Spinning one's own, previously published content, is also considered spam. Some spam is subjective and can be in the form of a single nonsense picture, word or phrase.
I would consider this to be a nonsense picture which doesn't contribute to the value of the blockchain. But sure I can remove spam. It definitely is bidbot abuse
Bid bot abuse: Compared to similar posts in the same category, the bought votes increase the rewards of the post above 50% of similar content. Blatantly overvalued bad post.
