Maison Francaise had a great handle on receiving its guests and making everyone feel valued in welcome. We were sat promptly in our seats and the menu to be served was explained to us by a friendly waiter. The décor of the place was suitably grand and elegant. Dining at this type of place isn’t cheap but what you pay for is rewarded with quality. What could be described as endless, we were served a great number of small dishes that packed in incredible flavours. The presentation of the food was executed particularly well and I found myself wanting to dig in to every dish that landed in front of me.
The mixture of seafoods, meats and vegetables created some powerful tasting dishes that really enlightened my taste buds. I especially liked the inclusion of figs in one of the dishes. This created a delicious contrast to the savoury composition. Everything was served in a timely manner and the waiters really paid attention to our meal throughout. Dessert was promptly served and the sweetness washed away with some drink was the perfect conclusion to a delicious meal. Fine dining can sometimes feel a little mundane depending on the establishment but on this case I am happy to say it was a tasty adventure!
These are strong and fab
