Tilt Shift photography World photo day

Tilt Shift is a method for a photo of an ordinary environment, such as a landscape or a cityscape, so edit that it looks like it's a photo of a miniature city or a model.

When a picture is made of an environment, then only a small part of the scene has to be photographed sharply. The rest is slightly out of focus. When a miniature environment photographed this effect is much stronger. This has to do with the depth of field of the lens. As a result, only a small part of the picture really sharp. In the tilt-shift operation is imitated this effect. This can be done in two ways:
By using a special lens (a tilt-shift lens).
A digital processing (like the photo i posted in this article). It is designated a portion of the photo should be sharp and the rest of the image will be blurred.

Tilt-shift is also used in films, such as in the films Gulliver's Travels in 2010

i shot this picture in Parga (Greece)
