I think You don't need use header 1 for all text, even when there was a huge and terrible disaster.
What they say and feel displaced people ? In Pripyat still they are working hundreds of people?

    Yes, header is too big(
    Today there are working approx. 4 thousand of people on nuclear power plant. They work in shift everytime because it is bad for health. Of course people have memories about that day, who lived there as they were force to leave everything. At that time they didn't grasp the size of disaster. Now these people only recollect doings in 1986
