I found these photographs across several social media platforms and decided to share them. I’m totally speechless, but then I think the images are sufficient enough.
We are fully aware of what problems face our “blue planet”, they are generally documented on a daily basis. Unfortunately although there is an awareness I’m not too certain that the gravity of the situation has been completely outlined?
I’m not an environmentalist, when I saw these images I was amazed and saddened; thinking about my own children and the legacy we have been left for them to grow into!!

Powerful and very sad images you have found. Thanks for sharing them. I think it's very important to keep hammering out this message. Unfortunately for some people the more they see pics like these the more they are desensitized. For most of us though it really affects us. These photos aches my heart. I love mother nature. I love everything about it, the sea, the trees, the habitats of the water, the fresh air that cools off our body during summer, etc. Though industrialization is one factor why did it reach at this catastrophic condition, but I think if each one of us, help to conserve and protect it, and most especially discipline, which will start at our own self, at least our future grandchildren can still experience and has a taste of what a beautiful plant Earth where we are in. Thank you for sharing these photos. It might touched the hearts of everyone on how important to really care our environment.. Though most companies are practicing Environmental Management System (EMS), but hopefully it will not aim for international environmental legal compliance only, but to the environment per se.

Very sad. I get all the aspects of the whole subject and I am interested in one in particular. We, the little people can and should do our best to be environmentally conscious, but when I saw the first picture, those tires... I asked myself instantly What can I do to prevent that kind of thing? and I realized. Oh, well, nothing. Why? Because people who have the power to make those changes do nothing. Actually, they don't care. Profit is the reason. I can write a book about this. It is the reality of our modern world. But, I don't want to sound pessimistic. There is they and there is us. They are responsible for their actions and we must believe we can make a change.
