Mockingbird Perched on a Holly Tree - Original photograph

Mockingbirds try to keep all the berries for themselves, and will fight off other birds like robins and cardinals. I think in this photo he's telling me to keep my distance!

I shot this with my Canon T5i and 55-250mm STM at 250mm, ISO 100, f/5.6, and 1/200th of a second shutter speed.

      Thank you! I know right! I like that mockingbirds look kind of plain but are awesome in other ways.
