Amateur Photographer Passion/Day 2
This is my second post for that series i am starting and willing to share my passions and favorite topics as an amateur photographer. The first one was about clouds and you can find it here --> https://steemit.com/photography/@misskate/clouds-amateur-photographer-passion-day-1
The reason streets are one of my favorite topics to shoot is because of that dynamic yet calm at the same time feelings they give me. You can feel so lonely standing in the big city in one of its most alive streets and only few blocks ahead you can always find that perfect spot for chilling and just being alone with yourself.
So many treasures you can find if you just take a look around you. Beautiful and interesting scenes and objects most people pass by every day without noticing them will open up for you eventually if you have that eye for appreciation of beauty. This is the way i found that colorful funky door. While i was going to work using the same route as usual i saw it and stare for a while.
And if you travel a lot like i do you can luckily find so many different architecture and century types of streets. Like that one below in the photo that i took in one village called Kovatchevitsa which happens to be architectural sanctuary. Everything there kept its authentic look since 18-19 century.
And if you go outside the city in those little towns you can find semi-dead places like this which managed to preserve beauty and royalty look without any human intervention.
Thank you for taking the tour with me!
awesome!

The first image has a quality about it that usually can be achieved only by cross-processing in chemical photography, it's very cool. I have a friend who likes to buy & shoot with out-of-date film stock that produces some lovely, albeit unpredictable results. If only the street was lined with older cars it would look quite vintage, almost like the hand coloured photos of the 30's & 40's.
I really love the cobble stone lane photo too. Great work.

Thank you, @neuromancer! I also like that vintage scent of the first photo and it actually is in the downtown of Sofia, Bulgaria, really close to one the main streets. That city has its retro vibe and is so beautiful! Thank you for the support!
