Even with the huge port and stacked shipping containers in the background, the un-renovated crusty (compared to others in this neighborhood) is selling for a cool million.
Once It's torn down and converted into a huge behemoth, it'll probably go for more than 2 million.

Its really a nice view. The river and the green field makes for a pleasant sight. Apart from the container cranes at the background. They almost stole the show. Nice pix @mjgeeks

Those cranes have become a part of the scenery here for sure. Charleston, SC has always had a really active port (as long as I can remember), and it recently expanded. They replaced our 2 smaller bridges over the Cooper River with one HUGE bridge so the huge container ships can come into the harbor and to the different ports.
