Rows of mushrooms in the morning

Such as the usual morning always make a fresh day,but this morning there is a different because the night has been accompanied by rain,and therefore it grows neat and beautiful.I often see this mushroom but it is not as usual grown neatly like this, probably caused by rain.

can we eat this mushroom?
What is the name of this mushroom?
