Bird drinking on the fly. I have found have a water feature year round attracts as many birds as having a bird feeder. We have been successful with water plants in containers on our back deck.

This might be a pretty scene but reality is that this is how desperate wild birds are to find water. Please feed them some clean water as well as nuts and seeds.
