- Raw chilies contain Vitamin A,C,B-6 and Iron potassium and very small amounts of protein and carbohydrate.
- Regular chili pepper reduces the heart problems.
- Reduces the risk of blood clotting.
- Chili pepper reduces blood cholesterol.
- We should have a chili pepper in the daily diet list
