CHICKEN NOODLE

Material:
250 gr noodles curly (boiled, drained)
6 pokcoy / green mustard (boiled briefly drain)
Sauce:
Sufficient chicken bones
600 ml of water
3 cloves of garlic
½ tsp pepper
Sufficient salt and powdered broth
Boil chicken bones until boiling. Saute the garlic until fragrant. Put it into boiling water. Add salt, pepper and powdered broth. Cook until boiling again. Turn off the fire
Complementary:
Sambal
Chili sauce
Slices of green onion
Chicken toping material:
500 gr chicken chest (cut pieces)
200 ml of water
1 stalk of sliced leeks
2 cm lengkuas geprek
2 cm of ginger geprek
2 lemon grass stems
2 lbr leaves
4 orange leaves
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Sufficient salt, sugar and chicken powdered broth
Ground spices:
5 cloves of garlic
4 pieces of red onion
1 segment of turmeric
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp coriander
How to make:
Saute the finer spices with galangal, ginger, lemongrass, bay leaf, and lime leaves until fragrant. Add the sliced leek, saute until wilted. Then enter the ripe chicken until it changes color.
Add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar. Stir, cook until the spices soak.

Malam yang dingin makan yang berkuah panas dan pedes masak mie ayam, sayurnya pokcoy karna dirumah ga ada sawi. Enaak
MIE AYAM

Bahan:
250 gr mie keriting (rebus, tiriskan)
6 pokcoy/ sawi hijau (rebus sebentar tiriskan)
Kuah:
Secukupnya tulang ayam
600 ml air
3 siung bawang putih
½ sdt merica
Secukupnya garam dan kaldu bubuk
Rebus tulang ayam sampai mendidih. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan ke dalam air rebusan. Beri garam, merica dan kaldu bubuk. Masak sampai mendidih kembali. Matikan api
Pelengkap:
Sambal
Saus sambal
Irisan daun bawang
Bahan toping ayam:
500 gr ayam bagian dada (potong²)
200 ml air
1 batang daun bawang iris
2 cm lengkuas geprek
2 cm jahe geprek
2 batang sereh geprek
2 lbr daun salam
4 lbr daun jeruk
1 sdm saus tiram
4 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt kecap asin
2 sdm gula merah
Secukupnya garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk rasa ayam
Bumbu halus:
5 siung bawang putih
4 buah bawang merah
1 ruas kunyit
½ sdt merica
¼ sdt ketumbar
Cara membuat:
Tumis bumbu halus dengan lengkuas, jahe, sereh, daun salam, dan daun jeruk sampai harum. Masukkan daun bawang iris, tumis sampai layu. Kemudian masukkan ayam masak sampai berubah warna.
Masukkan kecap manis, kecap asin, saus tiram dan gula merah. Aduk2, masak sampai bumbu meresap.
Kemudian masukkan sedikit air. Beri garam, gula, dan kaldu bubuk. Masak sampai air menyusut. Koreksi rasa matikan api.
Penyajian:
Tata mie, pokcoy, beri toping ayam, siram dengan kuah. Taburi daun bawang. Sajikan bersama sambal, saus dan acar.
