Hello Steemit Followers!
The light was fading. The sound of thousands of birds leaving their roost broke the deafening silence. Ibis flooded my viewfinder. As I tracked a flock I felt the warmth of the sunset and captured a frame. Motion was frozen and what I saw became an artwork.

Photographing birds is one of my favourite pastimes. The sense of being outdoors, witnessing nature take its course is freeing in so many ways.

Great literature and it certainly fit the photos you happened to catch of birds in motion. Damn, I only get jealous because they never move like that for me to catch in a frame. They either are too fast or attack me for taking them with out their permission. Oh how life gets to me in this way...lol ;) Upvoted!

just bought a macro lense with my steem earnings ;) Managed to convince my partner to go halfs on a camera body, and I will find the lenses with posts on steemit!! So far so good!! Though I will need to up my game to afford a nice telephoto!

ahah well thats very kind ;) I still have a lot to learn yet, so far I have just been using my Moto G smartphone and an old compact I had lying about - though learning alot by following people like yourself :) Now i just need to get out there and shoot!!
