It’s grey and cold in Oxfordshire but we found this tree exploding with cherry red crab apples. They were just hanging there, falling to the ground so I foraged some and hung them on the Christmas tree in the cottage - they look like little baubles, so pretty. Then my sister’s dog ate some, we realised they are toxic for them and moved them farther up the tree. I would LOVE a tree like this near me for all my jelly needs. Because I have serious jelly needs. .
