I came across some old work pictures today of a project that I had a large hand in, Camp Pendalton naval medical hospital near San Diego. I was in charge of the crew that set almost every glass unit on the whole job, and there was a lot. We litterally set over a mile of glass, this is one curtianwall from that project, Ill post more when I get some organized.
I had myself and a couple helpers working the forklift to move units into position. a couple riggers to hook up and signal for the crane to lift the unit into place on the building. about 4 guys inside working the frame and anchoring as well as 2 men in the boomlift outside helping to do the same. I was the conductor, had to keep everything flowing and everyone moving. It was a stressful project all around but we nailed it.
Hope you like my post, and the pictures. please upvote and follow, ill do the same.
