Cornfield

Some photos of a local cornfield here in The Netherlands, because I like looking at them:

Olympus Stylus 1s, 75mm, ISO100, f5.6, 1/800s

Olympus Stylus 1s, 220mm, ISO100, f5.6, 1/800s

Olympus Stylus 1s, 300mm, ISO100, f5.6, 1/500s

Some people in the colonies may prefer to call this a wheatfield or some such, but I really can't cater for every single local patois in my writing 8-).

Thanks for watching!

The blue of that flower really pops out!
Great :)

Very beautiful place @ocrdu
sometime I must go there. Thanks for sharing this post brother @ocrdu

Ik ben er dol op, dat goud en groren. Ik liep recentelijk ook met de camera door de velden

It's a corn field or a grain field @ocrdu master it looks like wheat, if it's corn why flower and what flowers it is, it seems that in my place the cornfield does not look like that master.

Cornfield, wheatfield, cattle field, football field -they're all just fields dammit!

I think it's wheat :)

Great shots the first one with all the patterns of the corn has a cool effect on my brain if I stare at it I see movement in the cork and love the bright red flower in the last shot

Have a good day and Steem on

Such a landscape soothes!

It does! A very nice place to sit.

Beautiful.. I'd love to ride a horse there.. But I can't ride horses and I'm not there :D.. so I'm just going to admire the pics

The splashes of colour really make the photos, I love corn/wheat/oat fields for the texture.

Nice field! You call it corn?

"Corn" in UK English is a general term for any cereal grown for food, in US English is usually means "maize". I use "koren" as the general term, but that's because I am Dutch 8-).

Thank you for chance to improve my English:-)
I thought corn is only this

I love the overview of the entire field on the first shot. I love the agricultural part of where I live. Such a contrast to the big city. The next two, my eyes were drawn to the color, as it was eye-popping... but the spikes are so divinely detailed. Nice content. It's always the simple things in life for me.

Goedenavond!

Thanks be, it's only my colonial patwoise and not my visuo-cortex taking my view askew. I'm certainly glad I didn't have to detassle THIS when young for a dollar and hour.

Beautiful!
