Some time ago we use to live in Europe the main destination for the summer vacation was Adriatic sea coast. The most affordable part of that coast was and probably still is Dalmatia in Croatia.
That year we decided to visit its middle part. City of Split and surrounding towns.
I'm not so excited like in Dubay because I'm more familiar with this part of the world, but for my followers could be interesting to see something different.
Architecture is old and you can feel the history when you wander the streets of the city.
They offering great jewelry, if you have some extra money to spend. Me- not.
And a lot of good food. Me- yes.
And some palm trees for a shade near the beach.

You need to be careful with temperatures in Greece. It could be too hot. They said September is nice. Ask some Greek for advice. Croatia coast is great south of 45 parallel. In July and August.

Oh I love the Croatian coast, been to the northern part (Opatija) three years in a row and would choose it over Dubai any time. Thank you for capturing the beauty of it so well! Hope to go to Split next summer!
