Yesterday I had a good long workout, lifting weights in the gym and taking a swim in the pool afterwards. Relaxed in jacuzzi and a sauna afterwards and woke up hungry as a wolf this morning. Felt that a proper keto breakfast was in order. Here’s what came out of that plan:
Brussels sprouts, first boiled and then fried with an egg in pure grass-fed buffalo butter; one fresh avocado; sea kelp with aubergine in vegetable oil. Everything sprinkled with pink Himalayan salt. Nutritious, delicious, and 100% keto! Yum! ;-p
Nice to see you more active at steemit again. Can understand that studies took much of your time.
