Dang, I wish a poem I worked on for days would make this much! Cute pun about the shit post. I wish I had more toilet paper though. It is all gone in these parts, something I didn't think would ever come to pass.

ha ha, yeah it would make the most ridiculous Netflix binge show... post apocolyptic world battling each other in brutal tribes for TP.... or the means to produce TP!

Steem has always been a ludicrous place to be honest. The payout on this post is the remaining autovotes that people placed on me after meeting them at steemfest.

I haven't even got the energy to shitpost on steem anymore... but if you want to go see an example of people who are really taking the piss with it here or here or here. To be fair none of those posts are shitposts like mine. But those people are double dropping on steem and hive and doubling up their already hefty ($200 - $400 weekly payout after curation rewards are removed) Some of these people are good writers, some I met at steemfest... but they're all absolutely up on the next level with the whale autovotes they get. This is the corruption at the heart of this system and I'm very carefully watching hive to see if anything changes.

Basically it is not what you know, it is who you know on steem, and maybe hive as well, and it always has been. Only Curie, and to an extent OCD also, mitigate against this effect.

P.s. I appreciate your poetry even if the big wallet morons who want to only vote posts about hive/steem don't see that they are creating an idiotic echo chamber where they could be creating a hub of interest and creativity if they chose.

P.s. I do nearly all my commenting on hive now but I wanted to respond properly to someone I consider a friend and a peer x

Yes I try to only upvote on steem (raking in in one steem a week). I must have gotten confused which platform I was using when I commented on this post.

Thanks for the comment and the support! Maybe I'll try shit posting on steem just to see if I make any money. How low can I go? lol. Might be fun.
