I found it interesting going to the grocery store earlier tonight and coming across a horse in a handicap spot for a vehicle. I know that motorists who do not have the proper tag/identification are ticketed for parking there when caught so what about a horse?
I like it. Nice words and good picture of the horse "badly parked". I found it interesting. The horse has a good bearing. But where is the policy to give it ticket?

I'm glad you like, @josevasquez! I don't think the police can give nonmotorized vehicles tickets. Perhaps I am wrong but not totally sure.
