Everyone has its own battle to overcome,that's why it is more important to be sensitive at all times on how to approach someone, dialogue is one of the intervention needed to avoid unnecesary conflict and misunderstanding.There are times that are beyond our control but simple open communication and suspend judgement can resolve the issues.IMG_20180314_101050_484.jpg
