Hello friends, I decided to publish this fantastic healthy smoothie that tastes delicious. Very easy to prepare.
Healthy Banana Smoothie.
* Preparation time: 5 minutes.
* Cooking time: 2 minutes.
* Total time: 7 minutes.
* Makes for: 1 large glass.
Ingredients:
* 1 large banana
* 1 glass of almond milk
* 2 tablespoons of oat flakes.
* 1 1/2 tablespoons ground flaxseed.
* Ice to your liking.
PREPARATION:
* First, cut the banana into pieces so you can beat better.
* Second, add all the ingredients (almond milk, banana, ice, oats and flax seeds), in the blender or if desired in the processor, beat for 2 minutes or until the mixture is homogeneous.
* Third and last, serve in our glass and decorate with a little oat flakes and ground flax seeds.

Looks good. Are the oats to give it texture? ... make it thick. I sometimes add some berries to give it some different flavor. But banana smoothies are great.
