Prior to my adventure on the fishing pier, I spent a while taking some photographs of the pier itself. With the interesting build and the peculiar lighting, it seemed like a photoworthy situation, and I had a fun time with this shoot. Enjoy the pics!

Thank you for posting these pics! In particular, the first shot immediately made me think that if the late Stanley Kubrick shot a scene on a pier, that's the kind of angle/composition he would have gone with. (He was known for composing many of his shots, particularly those involving hallways or other similar structures, with the vanishing point right in the middle.)
