How many of us catch a nap after lunchtime?

This Mousebird has a question for each of us; "Why do you rush Oh human, are you going to live forever"?

And these three Amigo's have the same message! Take a Siesta brothers and sisters, it will keep you sharp.

And finally, this guy's name is "Surrender".
Why Surrender? Well there are things that we can change and there are others that we can't. Instead of fretting and stressing (which have never helped), learn to take some time out for yourself.

No one can stay healthy if they flit around dementedly like Butterflies, for old age is waiting just around the corner. I call old age the time of reckoning because every punishment that you lay upon your body now will be returned in pains with interest in your silver haired years.

Listen to the sound reasoning of nature and save yourself a lot of woes (and medical expenses)

Beautiful pictures and wise advise. Thanks for sharing... From time to time I take an early afternoon nap, however not longer than 10-20 minutes. Very refreshing!
I follow you, for more of it :-)

Totally agreed! Stop the rush to recoup strength and wisdom! Thank you for the follow and the interest. I will return the favor. Kind regards, Stephen.

Always good advice from you! I am only learning to allow myself an afternoon nap. In so many cultures it is an accepted thing. The things we learn as we get older.

Yup! Pity we didn't know so much in our teens!

Great advice and some learning to do from this post... I selldom take a nap during daytime, but I guess it gives time to refuel:-)
Beautiful photos in you post!
