My Fotoart #1steemCreated with Sketch.

These are my efforts to produce something more then just photos. Occasionally, when I am working on a picture, something will strike me about it. Sometimes it's the music that I'm listening to while working, sometimes it's just the mood that I'm in, but suddenly I will see something in the picture, either in the whole or just a specific spot or colour, or a shape of the subject, it's like the image is talking to me; and other times it's just my urge to screw around with the photo. In any case, here are the results of my digital adventures with pixels, sprites and demons.

This is, as far as I can recall, my very first venture in digital manipulation, well, at least first manipulation in order to get away from reality, instead of looking for perfect reflection of it. It's been few years since, so it's almost nostalgic at this point, looking at these first attempts.

Those swirl things look like the portal in Mario 64.
It’s weird that when you look at something and you reconstruct it in your mind if what you think it should be or it’s differnent.
When I rember something I remember it being more colour then you look at it’s not as colourful in real life. The imagination really adds life doesn’t it?

Ahh, the imagination, it's a wonderful thing. I keep trying to explain to most people, just because you remember it that way, it doesn't mean it is that way. Maybe because I record everything with camera, I always have an image to go to to remember exactly how it was, maybe that's why my perspective on past is different then others. And you right, when working on pictures, sometimes we exaggerate things, because we think that's what it looked like, when in reality it's a lot duller :)

I think everyone Intirpret reality differently. This fall I want to take some dreary pictures of some abandoned places.

Funny you should say that, because I had this idea of going around my area and take pictures of decrepit old buildings, barns, garages and stuff like that. Just no time :)

Same here. No time to do anything.

Other than the spammer did you get help with making a small picture link to a larger one? Here is one way to do it.

<center><a href="https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZuQy6ZTLvVTREw9pHGoc1t2iBEXMRUv7vmTGkcQ9zKzc/IMG_3913liquid.jpg"><img src="https://steemitimages.com/200x200/https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZuQy6ZTLvVTREw9pHGoc1t2iBEXMRUv7vmTGkcQ9zKzc/IMG_3913liquid.jpg"></a></center>

The code above can be tricky, https://steemitimages.com/200x200/ make your image smaller. - -<a href="https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZuQy6ZTLvVTREw9pHGoc1t2iBEXMRUv7vmTGkcQ9zKzc/IMG_3913liquid.jpg"> this is the link to the larger picture, - - <img src=" make the image linkable.

Yup, thanks for the input, I've been playing with different sizing and links for the last 8 hours or so, appreciate the comment. Now if I could force the picture itself to be on the thumbnail without moving it to the top, hmmm

You could make a really small picture and try it that way.
I think but am not sure it uses the full size picture for the thumbnail, or has its own autosize thing for thumbnails. (256X512 size) I just used 12X12 to make it real small you can even use 2x2 and pretend it is a period.

https://steemitimages.com/12x12/https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZuQy6ZTLvVTREw9pHGoc1t2iBEXMRUv7vmTGkcQ9zKzc/IMG_3913liquid.jpg

Haha, I like your idea of 2x2, but for now I just incorporated small version into a text, had a hard time with placement, I dunno if I was making some syntax errors, or what? when I would copy paste your code for example, it would work, but then when I tried to make my own, it would behave weird, but it works now, it's a miracle :) I've been out of coding for a long time, last time I've done something like that, they were introducing HTML 2, so...
Once again, thanks for the insight.

Let me know if you need any more help, I work with a group of people that try to help, @newbieresteemday, kind of as a member at large, but then again we all are just a loosely knit group of people helping people in different ways.

Wow, this makes me want to learn photography

I guess you missed the title :)
This is just a test
And now I can't delete this post because someone commented on it, it was a matter of seconds, one moment the delete button was there and then it was gone and it took me a minute to figure out what happened, oh well, I better make the best of it.
