The GFX50s will eat architecture for breakfast and is a dominate power house. It’s been a while since I last visited Darling Harbour, Sydney. Today its the middle of winter but we were blessed with some magnificent sunlight and blue sky its was a real treat to bring along the camera for a little street photography and to see the International Convention Centre finished in person. Its stunning. What a gem the architect behind this project must be proud as punch with the end result . Do you think the new convention centre is beautiful?. I think the reflection off the water makes it look even better. The sunlight shines off all the glass angles and the triangle gives a visual of sparkly diamond's in the morning sunlight.

I often have my camera set to single point focus so its no surprise that I didn't hit my main subject but what I like most with this image is the power of medium format and the amount of leeway to crop. So much detail can be recovered at 100% crop.
Yes you can shoot street photography with medium format. The GFX50s will hit the ball out of the ball park ;-) when it comes to using this camera on the street.
