Mount Asama stands 2,568 metres (8,425 ft) above sea level. An active complex volcano in central Honshū. It's one of the most active volcanic mountains in Honshu, Japan. It is very much alive and smoking. The Japan Meteorological Agency classifies Mount Asama as rank A.
This is the view and shot taken from Karuizawa, Nagano. I just love the combination shady tree with the background view of the beautiful Mount Asama. This was taken on purpose that I could have taken without any trees or branches blocking the view. But the point is to intensify how strongly the beauty of Mount Asama affects in audiences.
Did you like the shot? Mount Asama wears its winter crown boastfully.
