We are still in my mother's garden; we came to get some figs, the sweetest summer fruit, let's eat! I think everybody should have a fig tree in their garden.

Indeed, figs are very tasty and can even be added to vegetable salads. One of my favorite receipe is Jamie Oliver's salad with mozzarella, basil and figs. A delight. 😉
