Frans Halsstraat is a small street in the north-west corner of De Pijp area in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It was a nice quiet residential street with a rows of trees, neighbourhoods cafe's and some small businesses but after city decided to make it connection between newly built Metro line and Museum Square situation changed.
I am documenting that change.
Friendly neighbour (here on the Ferdinand Bolstraat)
Whole area changed, apartments getting rebuilded, new type of people are coming in and generally it is much busier. Construction is still going on until 2022. Let's hope some of old spirit shall survive!
Red Building, somewhere in the middle of the street (also small window gallery)
to be continued...
