Abandoned Wasteland Exploration #3 - Indoor exploration

in photography •  6 years ago

Hi there wasteland lovers! ;)

In the last part of the gallery, we will go inside the buildings seen in previous post.
After what we saw outside, I was almost sure that it is an abandoned car/machine workshop. Will we find anything inside to confirm this?

Enjoy the gallery, hope You will like it too.

Old stove, table, shelves, floor covered by old newspapers, documents, books... most of them from late 70's - so we finally get the clue of how long in stays abandoned

_MG_6347.jpg
Old kitchen stove in quite a good condition

_MG_6348.jpg
Final proof? - Special magazine for car workshops. Newspaper for all mechanics.

Another room, another old furnitures and more old books and magazines. It looks like the part of the house was used for a living, not only as a car workshop.

_MG_6354.jpg
It says: Books of year 1979. Books are the best Christmas Gifts. - so it is a list of best books of 1979.

_MG_6356.jpg
The part of the room which was cleaned - seen from outside in my first post. Looks nice and cozy...

_MG_6358.jpg
On the floor, on the second floor

_MG_6359.jpg
Need a spare screws?

_MG_6360.jpg
...

_MG_6362.jpg
Silent room

_MG_6363.jpg
Darkroom ;)

_MG_6245.jpg
Floor in the workshop outside the main building

_MG_6247.jpg
Shy Electric box

_MG_6249.jpg
So many stuff leftover...

_MG_6250.jpg
Why...:( Why everywhere are proofs that polish people were there... Żubr and Tatra Mocna - names of polish beers. As a polish guy - I am upset...

_MG_6244.jpg
To the good end - "Ute Do" - outside toilet, wooden of course, still can be use if something will happen ;).

That is it guys!

All three presented galleries are the documentation of my short exploration as well as memory of the place which can disapear any moment.
Abandoned and forgotten places like to be "retaken" by humans... but first it is being taken over by nature and looks great.

Thanks to all who commented and upvoted this series.

Hope to see more such galleries on my blog in future.

Have a good week everyone!

UNTIL THE NEXT ONE!

Great photos! The style of your shots give the perfect mood for this abandoned scene. Very well done!

I was trying to give the right mood through the heavy processing actions, but I see the results are ok if You like it :). Thanks for the comment!

Coo... photos of this abandon building.. Like going back in time but a little messy. :-)

True, exploring such places has something magical...

Pretty cool post there maybe still things there fit for a museum :)

I am sure of it, just some renovation and few jewels can be found there...but it is still someone's property so I didn't touch anything :)

Oh...well that's understandable if it's still someone's property good man :)

Looks for sure like a car workshop, in the third to last photo you can see a whole bunch of starter motor housings and a full alternator.

Beautiful photography!

Great pictures! Where in Norway is it?
