This is a footbridge above a highway not far from where I live. I know that bridge for ages but always looked at it from the road, when I used to take that highway to go to work.
Not long ago, having enough time, I decided to park the car and go for a better look at it.

Honestly, there was not much to see so I was a bit disappointed. I decided to take a couple of shots and leave… as suddenly the weather began to change. Looking up I saw some very dark clouds and the promise of a nice thunderstorm… and decided to wait.

I didn’t succeed to shoot the lightning, but I’m happy I waited a bit longer and shot this. I think the dark clouds give a lot of added value to the picture…
